FOOD
===================
Foods
in our Caramoan Tour Package are optional.
You can bring your own foods or simply choose between the different fast foods
and restaurants inside Caramoan.
If
you want to make your vacation a hassle-free you can include food servings to
your package with the following rate
For 3days/2nights you will just add 600pesos per head
That will include 2 Lunch + 2 Dinner + 2 Breakfast
For 2days/1night
you will just add 300pesos per head
That will include 1 Lunch + 1 Dinner + 1 Breakfast.
TRANSPORTATION
===================
Our Caramoan Package PICK
UP POINT will be at Guijalo Port of Caramoan. You need to commute first from
Naga City or CWC going to Caramoan.
If
you want to make your vacation a relaxing you can include Transportation Service
to your package that will fetch you anywhere in Naga City, Central Bus
Terminal, Naga Airport or CWC. This Transportation Service will be offered only
to group of 9 persons or more.

TOURS AND ACCOMMODATION
===================
The itineraries are planned with great care, although, for operational
reasons such as customer's preferred schedule, actual time of arrival, and
weather condition it may be necessary to change the sequence of activities in
the itinerary or the specified route, and though such cases are rare, in
general the itinerary should be treated only as a basic guideline.
DOWNPAYMENT AND
RESERVATION
===================
To be able to do reservation to BICOLKNOWN Caramoan
Packages, the traveler is required to give a Reservation fee of P1, 000 per
head for 3days/2nights tour package and P600 per head for 2days/1night tour
package per head. The said reservation fee is non-refundable if your
reservation date is within 20days before the date of travel.
MODIFICATION OF RESERVATIONS
==============================
Any change made by the traveler must be done within 30 labor days prior to
the travel, if not, BICOLKNOWN will reserve the right to accept or decline the
modifications suggested according to availability of the tourists companies :
lodgings, tour operators and transport. The changes in reservations made after
30 days before the date of travel, will not be accepted.
CANCELLATIONS AND REIMBURSEMENTS (ACCOMMODATION AND TOURS)
=======================================================
Any notice of cancellation must be done by written, including all the
relevant information and will be attended by the Operations Department within
48 hours.
*If the cancellation is received up to and including the 30 labor days prior to
the arrival of the traveler, the deposit of the travel must be totally
reimbursed.
If the cancellation is received within the 29 and 20 labor days prior to the
arrival of the traveler, the reimbursement is subject to a penalty of 50% of the
downpayment.
There will not be any reimbursement from 19 labor days prior to the arrival of
the traveler.
Please take note: This will be applicable to traveler that make reservation 1-2
months prior to their travel. No reimbursement will be made if the notification
of cancellation is received 19 days or less days before the estimated date of
arrival in your destination, or in the case of a no-show by passenger(s) or for
cancellations made during the trip itself.
RESPONSIBILITY
In all travel arrangements of BICOLKNOWN acts on behalf of and to the order of
our customers, organizing on their behalf and name the transport means,
lodgings or other required tourist services, and we can thus not assume any
responsibility for cases of accidents, losses, delays or interferences for
reasons of force majeure or other acts that do not involve our responsibility, especially
regarding programmes and schedules.
Our Agency will not be liable for any illness, pregnancy or physical or mental
incapacity, which may put in danger the health or integrity of any passenger or
third parties during the carrying out of the contracted tour or that may imply
any limitation or impediment for our company to provide such tourist services.
